6 week programmes


1 Personal Training session and 1 Class per week


2 Personal Training sessions per week

  • An initial 60 minute consultation to assess current position and determine your goals for the programme
  • Both One-to-One Personal Training and Group Classes in Boxing, Kickboxing or Martial arts 
  • Expert tuition with the possibility to progress to fight preparation at the end of the programme, if desired
